Traditionally Chicken Cordon Bleu is a chicken breast stuffed with ham and swiss and then breaded and baked. This doesn’t always turn out well… even for me. I find that my chicken is usually undercooked or overcooked and I get frustrated with dinner and don’t want to make or eat it again.

Banana bread is one my my favorite things to make. The recipe is VERY forgiving, and the recipe doubles, triples, even octuples great! Any extra banana bread freezes well, and reheats wonderfully.
Now, let’s talk dip… There are a lot of different ways you can go with the dip. I made a Maple Mustard Dipping Sauce.. It is spin on traditional Honey Mustard, and it’s a little sweet, and a little tangy, and absolutely delicious with Sausage Balls.. You can also serve them with homemade ranch, or honey mustard (if you don’t have maple), or bbq sauce or even french onion dip.
